I called the company and they sent a representative over to my Lanai to evaluate the situation. The company called me back and replaced all the lights at no charge. Not only great service. Jason, the technician did an outstanding job of installing the lights, the control module and connecting it to the electric. What set this install apart from other competitors was that all the wire runs are concealed in the pool cage structure rather than underground. Special attention was made to waterproofing the wire insertion points by using grommets.When the installation was complete, Jason spent time with us reviewing the controller in the app to make sure we completely understood all the features of the lighting system. good job, Jason!
- JJJoeMar 17, 20265.0I’ve been extremely pleased with the quality installation and subsequent service from Lanai Bright. Alex was my installer and did a very thorough job…he arrived on time, installed everything quickly, and left the lanai in a clean condition. A few weeks later my lights were not coming on…remote wouldn’t work and iPhone app wouldn’t connect. I called and Samantha sent Alex back within a couple of hours. Turned out to be a GFI breaker had tripped. I didn’t realize the new light controller was on a separate circuit since it was tied into my house circuit. Alex did a thorough inspection and discovered it. Thank you Lanai Bright!
