  My experience at this place still is mind blowing. I brought in a water sample and the lady there (I believe her name was Patty) said I was going to need to purchase approximately $180 worth of stuff to bring my pool back to where it should be. THANKFULLY there was a customer in there (he said he owns his own pool business and been doing it for about 6 years now) and when she walked to the back he steered me right, said that I only need two things out of the 5 she was saying I needed. When she came back up I told her that I only wanted to purchase the 2 items and she immediately got defensive and ranting about how shes been working there for many years and knows what shes talking about. I asked if I could just check out my stuff she literally huffed in my face. I will not be going back and im sad I didn't get the card of the man I spoke with.

  No one in the store knows anything about pool filters or customer service. Lazy people with bad attitudes.
