First of all, if I can give 0 star I would but I can't. Black Friday used to be fun and exciting. So I went to Lowe's this morning, store still close, waited in the parking lot inside my car since there's no people outside and only employees are walking to get inside the building. As I see customer starting to line up for the Black Friday bucket, I went out and get in line, about 15 or 20 people in line since I counted the ones that came in groups also to be safe that I can get the bucket, cuz it safe first 50 blue members can get it.. so yeah in my head im in.. less than 50 people are outside. No.. its a big NO.. The lady started handling 20% off flyer..Great everyone is excited. And she said everyone that are myblue member follow me.. so I follow.. guess what.. we are about 20 in line and everyone is excited.. as the people infront of us got their bucket.. I asked the guy that was standing in the counter where he got his bucket since he pointed out in the side where there's a few staff handling the buckets.. awesome.. and it was my turn.. mind you im 2nd to the last in line so like I mentioned a while ago.. there's about 20 of us in line.. then the staff asked me, do you have the ticket. I said what ticket, the other staff says we gave away 50 ticket outside.. the old lady that was behind me in line said " when did you give that ticket? We been in line for awhile and we didn't get no ticket. The staff member says, we only have 50 tickets for 50 members.. but I said 50 ticket but their no one behind us and just the me and the old lady was puzzled because there quite a fee buckets left and no more tickets cuz they gave it to First 50 members.. the old lady continued and asked " but we been in line since for awhile and there's buckets left and there's no other people behind us, so what are we gonna do? The staff says, " what you gonna do, you can go ahead and shop!".. I said im getting out of here! This is very unfair.. it was cold and we fall inline early.. apparently 50 tickets have been given.. I guess half of those members are invincible or ghost members.. where's the justice on this.. I felt like I been lied to and deceived. Lots of bucket left, no other members behind me.. but no more tickets to give a way.. my husband and I where Lowe's members.. I spent lots of money to furnished my new house and spent my days shopping at Lowe's.. but for the staff to be this deceitful is unacceptable.
