I called the office about the ceiling when I was at my unit this weekend they came out and looked at it and taped it up but never did Lisa or the man in the office apologize or offer anything for my troubles. I got my unit in March 2025 and in June 2025 my rate increased by $20. I rented 2 other units at Uhaul in Spring Hill and Extra Space in Wildwood and had no issues with bugs or rodents. I would not recommend this place. If you do rent make sure you get insurance so they cover it. I had plastic totes and bags chewed up. Glad I didnt have my furniture in the unit.
