    I had an outstanding experience at the Lowe’s Garden Center thanks to Janice. She went above and beyond to help me, offering guidance that was both incredibly informative and easy to understand. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.     I shop at Lowe’s for my business because we have a managed account and get a discount. I come to this location when I’m working on project in the area. The discount can be applied at any register and at all location but this one, it’s no problem. Connie at this location has been rude and dismissive 5 times on separate trips. Despite having a manager come over and tell her she can do the transaction, and despite her having done it before, today she wouldn’t ring me up and made me go to the pro desk. There I had to wait in line for 30 minutes, wasting my time for a transaction she can and has done before. Everytime I come in, she has been incredibly rude and negative towards me. Please provide some training to your front end on how to process all transactions for all customers.

    Purbased washer and dryer with instalation.First No one CALED ME ABOUT DELIVERY TIME.When I asked they told me they did call.Highlight was that they could not tach or install.( some stupid ecuse) When they called customer service they even wors I will returne everytving

    Came in to have a consult on a master bathroom renovation because Lowe’s was recommended by several people we know. When we inquired about it the man told us to make an appointment that they were too booked out and walked off before we could respond, not even making eye contact during the conversation. Very disappointing and will be taking our business elsewhere.

    I’m happy to write this review for Mike, manager of Lowes. I had purchased five appliances in November. Due to challenges with the closing on a new home, they were held for delivery until January. With all of the work being done, the appliances were just brought into the house and opened. To our dismay, there was no glass front! I called the Lowes here in Bradenton, where we now live, but that manager said he couldn’t help me and passed me on to Largo. I’m so grateful he did that because Mike handled everything in just a few minutes! He confirmed the glass I wanted wasn’t available, found a comparable replacement and scheduled the pick up/delivery in just a few minutes. Phew, thanks Mike! One challenge, handled with ease, and now I can look forward to Friday’s delivery. This is great customer service!
