    A huge "thanks" to Adam McLaughlin, from High End Service, for outstanding professionalism. He troubleshot and fixed my subzero frig quickly and accurately. He confirmed his arrival, was actually ahead of schedule, and treated me fairly on the maintenance cost. All around, a great experience!

    The rental property I manage had an issue with the sub-zero freezer on sight. Nick and Tate were on the job and they both did amazing! They were very professional and were articulately able to answer all the questions myself and the homeowner had. Extremely satisfied with them both and HES at large, we will certainly be using them again!

    Anthony with High End in the Atlanta area serviced my refrigerator today and he was wonderful! Not only was he very professional, fixed the issue promptly and explained everything to me, he is also just the nicest human being. Great experience all the way around.

    HES was as good as it gets for Sub-Zero service. If you go to another service for Sub-Zero equipment, you are likely paying too much for less than best service. This is who the manufacturer uses to service their warranty. Specifically, Anson was our tech. He was professional and personable the whole way. I wish everyone did their work as well as he did. The world would be better for it.
