I’ve met a few managers in my tenure at this facility and they always have been exceptional. They call you right back if you leave a voicemail messsge and they are considerate and respectful in regards to answering all of my questions. My needs recently changed due to a death in the family, and it finally came time for me to move out of this facility. I recently met Justin who is the new manager and he was so helpful and responsive in making sure the move-out went smoothly. I was definitely a little stressed as i had stored my items there for quite some time, and the unknown can be a little scary. Justin helped every step of the way and followed up with a call to let me know that everything had been processed and taken care of. The good news was I was also going to get a little bit of a credit back since I had prepaid for a few months of storage in advance. I can’t recommend this company enough. Usually I get the feeling storage companies don’t care about their customers. Not at all with Extra Space! Thank you to Extra Space, Stewart, the district manager, Justin, and all the other employees I have met over the years.
