  I had GPS Pools replace my heater pump unit about 2 months ago. I must say I'm 100% satisfied. I communicated with Kat the entire time and she was very courteous and professional. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She explained the whole process, scheduled the area preparation, concrete pad, heater pump delivery and installation. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their price was very reasonable compared to other companies. What I liked the most was that she never tried to sell me anything I did not need or try to overcharge me. I did not have any issues with GPS Pools and everything went smoothly. She even called me after the project was completed to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have and will continue to recommend GPS Pools to friends and neighbors. Thank you GPS Pools for my recent pool heater pump replacement!

As I dialed the GPS Pools number, the voice that greeted me on the other end belonged to the ever-so-sweet Dawn. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, she swiftly scheduled an appointment for me to have the new light installed on Tuesday morning. When the day arrived, Chad, the skilled technician, arrived promptly and set to work with a level of efficiency that left me truly impressed. His personable nature and impeccable politeness made the entire experience a delight. Eager to express my gratitude, I reached out to GPS Pools once more this morning, this time speaking with the delightful Cat. Her pleasant demeanor and attentive listening only further solidified the notion that customer service at this establishment is truly something to behold. In a world where quality customer care has become a rarity, GPS Pools stands as a shining example of how it should be done.   Top notch customer service. Came out and diagnosed the issue and made recommendations to fix and prevent further damage to other parts. Jeremy kept me up to date on the process and saved me a lot of money. This is the place for all your pool needs and trustworthy people to deliver! Don’t waste your time going elsewhere, GPS is the real deal!

  We have been coming to the Connerton location since we had our pool completed a few months ago. Danielle has been amazing and has kept our pool looking great. She even caught issues a couple of months ago when the pool company didn’t which saved us a tremendous amount of time and aggravation. Danielle is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with pools! So glad to hear she is permanently at our store.
