By April 8th (less than 3 months later), we received a notice that the rate would increase to $81 per month. While Loren provided great customer service, the pricing practices of this facility are what's driving us to look elsewhere. A nearly 80% increase in such a short period feels very misleading, especially when the initial rate is clearly used to attract customers. Unfortunately, we will not be staying long-term and have already begun searching for another storage unit facility. I would encourage others to be aware that the rate you sign up with may not last.
