  Deeply disappointed – rushed, incomplete work and unprofessional communication. I regularly hire pressure washing companies for multiple properties and very rarely have issues. I know what a proper whole-property job looks like and what this level of service usually costs. With that context, this was a very disappointing experience at an exorbitant price point. I hired this company to pressure wash my entire property – the full exterior, including the roof, fences, brick wall, and façade. The roof cleaning was the main reason I booked the job. Based on similar work I do on my other properties, this kind of project usually takes most of the day if it is done thoroughly. Instead, the crew was at my house for about two hours and then left. After I finally had time to walk the property in daylight, which was a day or so later, here’s what I found: – The roof was never washed. – Neither fence appears to have been cleaned. – The front brick wall still has visible green mold/patina. – Several areas of the façade still show dirt and mildew. When I called to discuss this, rather than listening and trying to make it right, I felt talked over and dismissed. I was told I had never requested the roof cleaning (and that the roof alone would come at $800 because chemicals are expensive), even though the whole job on my end was based on that understanding. I was also told that the remaining mold would “die off in a day or two,” which simply isn’t how this works. The overall tone of the conversation was rude and defensive, with no real accountability for the incomplete work. No offer to come back, no genuine attempt to understand the disconnect – just denial and gaslighting. As someone who uses these services regularly, I regret paying for this job. I now have to hire another company to properly clean the roof, fences and brick wall the way it should have been done in the first place. I will be filing an official complaint to BBB. I’ve never had a vendor talk down to me like that after messing up the job. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anybody whovalue their money, home and time.

  Rude and unprofessional. Would never consider this business. Per the reply of the owner, he is accurate that I did come into the same lane as the truck but well in front and approaching a stop light. when I politely waved into my mirror a "thanks" acknowledging what I did, the driver of the truck flipped me the middle finger and then proceeded to attempt to pass me after the light turned green in a lane next to me and again flipped me the middle finger. I stand by my review that I would never use a service or consider a service where the drivers of their business are rude and unprofessional.

  Finally, happy with a window cleaning business. They also do pressure washing and I may need that service in the future. They were both so pleasant and did a great job. I will hire them again before the Holiday season.
