I asked one person where to find something and they gave me an aisle number...it was wrong. Then we asked another person, and again .....wrong. The third person we asked said what the first employee had said ,so I told them we were down the aisles already ,could they show us, he just stood there dumfounded. His coworker said he would go down the aisle( which we were already down) and look, so I waited as he walked down the aisle,then turned the corner to leave the aisle and NEVER came back. He didn't even have the common courtesy to come back to me and tell me he DID NOT know where it was. After a while my husband and I found what we were looking for on our own, and NOT anywhere where they told us to look. Lowe's should at the very least,train these people, perhaps at the very least, in the department they are put in to work. The customer service is DISGRACEFUL !!! The managers should be embarrassed by this! Unfortunately,a lot of people just don't care about good service anymore.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
