I paid for 48.15 for an assessment for sliding door blind installation. Lowe's window treatment home -decor is s joke. Measurements were done for sliding door blind installation..no problem with that. But the person that emailed me to inform me that I needed to purchase the blind before she cld send a quote ghosted me. After the blind purchase I never heard back from her. I ended up going on Angie's list to find someone that can come out to put the blind up. Lesson learned!

I’m new to home ownership which includes painting and fixing things. My ultimate favorite person is Randy!!! He has been the most helpful person! Every one has been so nice! his knowledge and advice has helped me ease my nerve, know what to get, and how to do things. He has tons of patience and a plethora of great information! I also have appreciated Houston’s help! He was a great listener and helped me immensely with an issue.

Today, Saturday Nov 29, I visited the store on 98N in Lakeland Florida. My main purpose was to see if they had a Nativity Scene. My mother has been wanting on, a nice one
Not one that inflates and not the cheap plastic looking ones. I remember seeing Nativity scenes at Lowes before but not this time. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing in the store about Jesus. No Joseph, no Mary, no Baby Jesus, not even the 3 Kings. They haf Grinch, they had black Santa....no Jesus. So then she asked for some poinsettias. I was on the phone with her during the visit. Took a trip to the nursery found some very pretty plants not overly priced and picked up 4. The cashier working at 1:30-2:00 was aboslutely rude. When asked for some plastic bags to lay in my car she began to say, the plants are already in bags. Yes, I know this, I picked them up hello but they are covered in water and dirt and I spent alot of money on my car and alot of time more than what is considered sane to most cleaning amd detailing my car. She hesitated then pointed at something behind her then proceeded to give me extra baga from the register. She then followed it up with, "thats what that plastic is for" as she pointed behind her to a roll of plastic out of the way and blocked off by carts and whatever else was there
Hey, great customer service..NOT. She also said it in front of other customers which was humiliating. Well as I was leaving I let it be heard that was rude. Hey Lowes, I wont be returning to your store, Ill either go to K&K Nursery or Home Depot not only for the rude treatment but the lack of Christ you had in your holiday decor.
Its tlnot Christmas at Lowes, they removed Christ. Ill be sure to spread the message for you too.
