- NKNae K5 days ago2.0Initially my experience with the storage and Jen were AWESOME! I shared my experience in a previous review and even recommended this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.However, as of yesterday that all changed I spoke to Kareda by phone and I must say my experience wasn't so positive and her demeanor and attitude wasn't the best. When I called initially and told her my issue was she told me she was with a vendor and would call me back. Upon calling back she told me I should have received a notice of the 75.00 increase in the price for my unit. I told her I had not and we established it was sent to my previous address. When I asked if we could update the address she redirected me online.I then asked if I had any options on the cost. Before I could finish my sentence she rattled off another price.I asked if that's my only option,she asked what I thought was fair and said she or a Manager would call me back. Without argument I said ok and she hung up not even a goodbye. Fast foward I receive a message from Letha about my payment and to call her.I did just that luckily she acknowledged and took care of my concern which hadn't even been brought to her attention. Maybe Kareda was just having a busy or bad day because other reviews I read said she was great. However my experience with her was short and uncaring. The only reason I left 2 stars is because Letha helped me. But if it was based on my experience with Kareda alone I would have left 0 stars if given the option.

Kareda Harp was so helpful, she used power tools to cut off old lock box, answered all my questions, super nice, polite with great customer service. A dreadful trip that turned into a great experience. Highly recommend!!

She took time to hear me on my concerns and put my mind at ease knowing I have a safe and secure storage unit! She is the perfect person to speak to and very passionate about her job there! Had to go back in today and I met Jennifer the manager and she was the most sweetest, compassionate lady and very understanding as well! Showed me the new unit I had. Listen to my concern and after speaking to her I truly understand why she is Management and makes sure who she chooses to run the facility is just as impressive as she is! By far the best storage company and amazing staff!! It only allowed me to give 5 stars but if I could I would give them a thousand stars!
