- BLBeth L1 day ago1.0I’m already paying more than I was initially quoted for then when I look at my lease agreement it’s a digital signature. I’m not even confident it’s mine anymore. I work nightshift and the employees come banging on my door like there’s an emergency and leave notes on my door if I don’t answer. When I do the people have attitudes. I get massive fees added on if I’m .2 seconds late. Have called before saying they’ll get paid the next week like someone else has a got an attitude. After my stuff is paid off NEVER using this place again. My mom uses Aaron’s in a different location and I’m now concerned she’s also getting scammed the same way.

We needed a refrigerator immediately so we trusted his word. We got it today and there is a whole bunch of roaches everywhere. It took me 5 hours to fully clean out the refrigerator. In the picture we were able to take out most of them but that’s is nasty. Especially saying we won’t get any roaches in the refrigerator. Come on dude!
- AYAaron YorkSep 18, 20221.0Just an FYI if you pay cash for something and move out of the area the warranty is no good they will not fix you stuff For me it was a washing machine that was like new but started leaking water $360 down the drain I only used it for one month I will never buy anything from Aaron's again.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
