Melissa at Customer Service who took my call of frustration, Brad & Vanessa for allowing & making our trip our trip a successful one. We initiated started our visit at the Haines City Lowe's (nightmare, I'll share that on their own review) yet I called Lake Wales Lowe's and spoke w Melissa. She went above & beyond to look for the item I needed and assured me she had It in stock yet it was the last one. W drove to the Lake Wales store but got there a few minutes after the doors closed. Very respectfully Mr Brad told me they were closed.. I explained to him briefly what happened and he very generously told me to run in & grab the item. Hubby ran in and grabbed the item that we needed & only one in stock. Vanessa stayed later also to help checkout our transaction. Wow this is an exemplary example of customer service & going above & beyond is. Thank you to these three associates for doing what others wouldn't. I appreciate you more than you know!

I sat at the carpet area for assistance for 30 minutes after hitting the button and no one came to help me get carpet even though employees were walking around and it was over the intercom that assistance was needed at carpet. Customer service is not the best here but it is quiet and not busy at all for a quick drop in.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
