At time of service it was agreed that the vehicle was in use 4 days prior and once only to handle lost key and key fob. During the process the employee who would provide his name other than Dan improperly attempted to code the new key to the vehicle caused the vehicle to go into immobilized mode. The employee then attempted to assert the problem was with my vehicle and refused to handle any further rekeying and demanded full payment. Employee then called a supervisor ( which he later admitted was a coworker) who threatened if I did not pay 450+ payment to them they would file a lean against my vehicle. I never received a working key and they took the key fob with them. They never had me sign any authorization or any paperwork and refused to provide any paperwork and once I started recording them from their threat they got in their vehicle is sped off at 50+ mph on a residential roadway. Prior to leaving they refused to provide any business license or any paperwork showing who they were. When calling to follow up with the company on their threat of legal action against me I was given false contact info and even directed to other companies. This company damaged my vehicle and then attempted to extort me.
