    American olean calcutta tiles on clearance for $5.97 at Royal Palm were sold out went to Lake Park price was $2 more. They said Lowes can't price match another Lowes at customer service desk. WOW

    I was looking for things for my patio I found some things that great prices which I was able to pick up. When I got to the cashier outside in garden my card for Lowe's did not work. She was very patient and she suggested that I call right then and she helped me contact customer service to see what was wrong with my card. Her name was Iris very sweet woman when I got finished with my call she was right there happy to take and we ring my purchase so that I could be on my way. She also was very kind,Iris told me to leave my stuff there and bring my car up so someone can help me load. Great experience. Thank you.

    The 3.9 reviews tells the whole story about this location . I set up a curbside pickup at this location someone somehow switch it to locker pickup in store which I never used. Which defeats the purpose of the curbside pickup. I asked the lady cashier why it may have been change she had no clue so I asked for a manager who wasn’t very helpful & actually escalated the whole situation when I asked how that could have happened offering me to return my item without not even looking for my entire order which had more then then a piece of pvc pipe. I was a bit irritated with the whole situation and Daniel assistant manager added fuel to the fire with lack of understanding how to treat a customer focusing on me instead of fixing to issue or finding out how to fix the issue. His solution was to just return my items no apology no solution. He just went to confronting me not respecting the customer treating like I was his child. If it wasn’t because I have already installed the $3000s in cabinet plus about $1000 dollars a in extra things needed for my remodel I would rip them off the wall and bring them back to get a full refund. Daniel need to learn that customers pay the bills while a customer maybe irritated about the whole situation, no need to escalate it by getting personal on telling me to have a great night that he’s going to sleep well tonight acting like a total jerk to escalate things which added the situation. He made very hard for me to keep my composure with his lack of respect. I just returned the item never to return again. Lowes has a history of having unqualified people in management running their stores causing them to bleed cash with poor Customer Service. If this was my company Daniel would be promoted to customer for escalating the situation into personal insults. Btw my order was never in the locker it was sitting on shelves behind lockers. The locker code didn’t work neither. Yet daniel argued with me that I chose locker pick up when I actually chose curbside pick up. He couldn’t explain why my items were not in the locker assigned to my order the genius was to focused on me personally.

    Gardening Dept. Nancy: Excelente plant knowledge, excellent at customer service. She gave me good advice about how to care about the plants I was purchasing, and she knows not only the gardening dept. but the whole store; she also guide me to isle 13, I was also looking for some head sprinklers.
