They did not even ask me if the date was OK or give me options for different dates. I've tried 5 times to change it and can't even speak a real person. The AI person says "sure we can help" and then sent me to another extension where no one picked up the phone or even said "you have six minutes to speak"to someone. Just a dead silence. I waited 16 minutes, tried it again waited 12 minutes, and then tried to call the general store manager, which could not be done. Tried to do it online and they kept rejecting my password also. I will never buy anything there again.

I generally prefer Lowe's over their competitors because the seem to have a greater variety of tools and other products. Their prices are competitive and they don't "cap" their Veteran discounts like some other stores.
