  Love their digital pool water test. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I test 1x per week, follow their recommendations, and my pool always looks great.

  Overall Rating: 5 I miss your former employee Mr Craig a lot. He was a real diamond. The best of the best. It will be very hard to replace him ever. Today I want to remember all the contributions he made for Leslie Pools - both tangible and intangible. He went much above and beyond any employee I have ever seen in helping customers resolve issues. We are missing you Mr Craig. ❤️❤️🙏🙏 A lot of people including myself have made many comments, both good and bad about Leslie Pools. However the most endearing facts about Leslie Pools are these: 1. They give their customers very high priority. 2. While the response from individual employees might vary depending on the individuals disposition, the company in its entirety tries it’s best for their customers. 3. They are leaders in their business. Their competitors dont even come close to providing their high quality of service and standards. 4. They maintain their high standards among all their stores. 5. They surpass their competitors in customer service. If you ever have an issue with a store then please leave a comment and let Leslie Pools management handle it. . . . 🙏🙏 . .

  This company demonstrates a lack of professionalism and appears more focused on selling their pool cleaning products than providing genuine service. Customers should exercise caution, as they employ unqualified individuals to perform water testing. The picture is after 3 times using the water testing and buying the materials

  Monday, June 20 8:15 AM. Employee couldn’t have been more rude and condescending, like he was literally angry that I was in the store. The entire experience was so bad, it was almost comical. Too many choices available, will never return to this store.
