The only thing I would recommend is you also provide the door combination to get into the climate control units. It was not provided in my paperwork but fortunately another customer happened to be unloading items wgen i arrived and I was able to ask them. I would not have been able to get in otherwise and needed to store my items that day.

Employees never make us feel acceptable there. Seemed they were always hovering when we were there gathering, or storing more items. Happy we found a more update, and indoor storage unit!

Having said that, Extra Space has the smoothest transaction I’ve ever seen as a user. GREAT Customer skills when I called in. Once you decide your particular size it’s game on. Provide your card through a secure link, receive the text, email while on the phone to lock down the agreement, I get a call while on the call with the Customer Agent, they leave a message welcoming me at the site I’ve chosen. My unit is ready with my lock within 15-20 minutes it’s ready for me to use. I receive the code to the gate in a text. It was the fastest, most smooth Transaction with a company I’ve ever seen. We all have seen the multiple phone calls, transaction didn’t go through, something’s not ready when you get there, and so it goes. I was stoked to see a company use technology to drive an amazing customer experience while still dealing with human interaction. The people at the Extra Space Storage were fantastic to work with. This is the Olympic Olympics. It would be all 10!! Thank you for an incredible business transaction and experience it was truly refreshing!!!!

- WMWilliam MossDec 14, 20252.0First the positive - the storage facility was clean and my unit was clean on move in. Now the negative - about 3 months in the price of the unit doubled. I get teaser rates but be clear up front on what the rate will be, and really double? I did a purchase online and the gate code I was given did not work and I was not given the code to the building where my unit was. I had to have multiple contacts with the office to actually get into my unit. I had an small interior unit in one of the buildings. They do not have enough carts for all the buildings - - I always had to go searching for one when I needed one to move boxes around. I do not recommend this facility and would not use them again if I needed storage.
