    Deandre was amazing and very friendly. He helped us with getting some furniture in our car. He is very funny too. Great customer service is hard to find but he has it! Thank you.

    The prices for the quality do not add up. Most of the inventory is cheap and flimsy. If it seems to be of better quality its priced higher than it should. I had a 15% off coupon so I browsed around. There is never anyone in the parking lot, as well as the store. You never see anyone making the store feel off while u look around aisles of jumbled things. I ended up just getting a picture frame to use the coupon. I still had to look around to find one that wasn't chipped.

    I rarely leave reviews, but after my encounter at the At Home store, I felt it was necessary. My family and I were shocked at how unbelievably rude, condescending, and unprofessional the manager Jackie was. Her attitude wasn’t just directed at us, she treated an older gentleman who was simply asking for a refund with the same disrespect. It honestly made me contemplate walking out and taking my business elsewhere. Thankfully, another manager, Demetri, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He was kind, helpful, patient, and so down-to-earth. His professionalism truly saved the day. If this is the type of behavior he has to work alongside, he absolutely deserves a raise. And in my honest opinion, Jackie should not be working in customer service. Demetri is the only reason I’ll consider returning to this store.

No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
