I’m not sure how y'all got lucky enough to have an employee like Nicky! I specifically look for her every time I visit the store, she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I came to Lowe's in Lake City Florida because I needed a special tool that they only had in stock versus the one that's close by I use their pickup locker system that was super easy I only wish the lockers were located on the outside of the building that way if I would have came here after hours I could have picked it up after hours that may be a huge option that you guys can possibly think about in the future especially the Handy Home repair person where we normally work after closing if we have an emergency and need parts late in the day that we cannot make it there before closing time. My overall impression of the store was that it was clean seem to be well staffed.

As a builder going to the big box stores for lumber can be a painful experience sometimes. However my best experiences have always been at Lowe's in Alachua. I deal with April and Pro Sales there on a regular basis for most of my materials and she is awesome and amazing and great at what she does

Of course I am a woman trying to help my boyfriends finish a job lol. But I went in and the ran into the best service sales man there. He was on point with everything I needed to buy. Even got in the phone with my boyfriend and let him explain what he needed. I was in and out in 19 min with this gentleman’s help. I wish I could remember his name because he is a blessing. I hope he has a very Merry Christmas and I will find out his name and make sure that he is recognized. Best experience ever.

Offers products online at a ridiculously low price yet does not fulfill the purchase. Ordered four 5 gallon buckets of primer and was dragged along for 3 weeks about delivery dates, delayed fulfillment and finally they decided to just cancel the order, after I agreed to delay the order delivery. I don't care if the price was a listing error, you're obligated to honor your prices. A completely dishonorable and untrustworthy company that I will no longer be a patron of. I'd rather spend more money at a competitor that I can trust.
