All self checkout now except at contractor end, where the line has been long every time I've been there. Help in the various departments is rarely available (except paint, but they have to staff that). As long as you don't need any help it's a great store

Update:
I had to find my own installer and when he came to install, the head rail had not been cut to size. So I’m done with this business, I now have to go somewhere else to get another blind. This will cost more money!!!! What a rip-off!!!!
They want me to go online to “chat” and you call store you have to use AI which cut me off 5 times. Beware, big business who want your money but don’t want to earn it.
Ordered 3 vertical blinds in February. Had 3 install dates, first one was rescheduled because they ordered the wrong size. Second one was rescheduled because when the installer went to pick them up they had not been cut. The third date, they could only install 2 of the 3 because on of the headers was bent and there was no hardware in the box to install it. That was 2 days ago, I’ve called twice and no one will get back to me. So I paid for 3 blinds and the installation of 3 blinds and I only have 2 installed and a 3rd sitting on my garage floor.
I’ve done a lot of business with Lowe’s, but will never buy so much as a nail there ever again.
