  All self checkout now except at contractor end, where the line has been long every time I've been there. Help in the various departments is rarely available (except paint, but they have to staff that). As long as you don't need any help it's a great store

  A HUGH shoutout to Calvin at your Lady Lake FL store about 130pm Saturday 4/4/2026! He provides extraordinary customer service, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, professional and makes things happen for your customers! He is an asset to your company and deserves special recognition and a bonus!! While we were waiting in the patio furniture area, Calvin asked if we needed any help. He patiently listened, said I’ll be right back. And he walked back to say I’ll go get it for you. He did just that and helped us load it into our truck. BIG thanks to Calvin’s initiative and action. Cannot express our gratitude for his kindness and help. Please give Calvin recognition for outstanding customer service which is rare these days.

  Update: I had to find my own installer and when he came to install, the head rail had not been cut to size. So I’m done with this business, I now have to go somewhere else to get another blind. This will cost more money!!!! What a rip-off!!!! They want me to go online to “chat” and you call store you have to use AI which cut me off 5 times. Beware, big business who want your money but don’t want to earn it. Ordered 3 vertical blinds in February. Had 3 install dates, first one was rescheduled because they ordered the wrong size. Second one was rescheduled because when the installer went to pick them up they had not been cut. The third date, they could only install 2 of the 3 because on of the headers was bent and there was no hardware in the box to install it. That was 2 days ago, I’ve called twice and no one will get back to me. So I paid for 3 blinds and the installation of 3 blinds and I only have 2 installed and a 3rd sitting on my garage floor. I’ve done a lot of business with Lowe’s, but will never buy so much as a nail there ever again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Lowe’s in Lady Lake, FL thanks to Priscilla in the paint department! I came in feeling completely lost about which product to choose and unsure about colors for my project. Priscilla was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, helped me select the best paint for my needs, and guided me in choosing colors that coordinate beautifully. She truly went above and beyond—what could have been an overwhelming decision turned into a confident and enjoyable experience. I left feeling excited and confident about my choices, all because of her help. If you’re shopping at the Lady Lake, FL Lowe’s and need help in paint, I highly recommend asking for Priscilla. She’s fantastic! :::
