Went today for some concrete blocks and had a fantastic experience! Mike came out of nowhere, and helped us get the correct cart for the job, loaded for us, and then walked us to checkout. He then unloaded in our car for us with the assistance of a gentleman named Jeff. He was incredibly nice! I will definitely be shopping at this location going forward!

My review is specific to A Pro Service employee, Joseph McHugh #3351. I was looking for help with a vanity and unfortunately the plumbing department was on lunch. Joseph so kindly stepped in to help me even though this was not his area of expertise. He was kind, knowledgeable and did not make me feel like an inconvenience whatsoever. My husband met me there later and also worked with Joseph to get vanities on order and he was so impressed with his professionalism and patience. I can't say our experience would have been as good as it was if we would not have met Joseph.

We ordered a new washer and dryer and was told that for the delivery fee, the deliverers would disconnect the old washer and dryer, move them out to the street, connect the new washer and dryer by a licensed plumber, and make sure it works. Well, after taking one picture of the area so far away from the location I couldn't see the issue at all. Our friend tried to disconnect the pipe and it broke. The plumber that went out said that with the right tool, it wouldn't have happened. In the end, don't promise things in the store that the delivery team can't fulfill. After talking to one of the management team members, we were more or less satisfied but at this time, we would be hesitant to use delivery again by Lowe's.
By the way, your AI assistant is terrible. I just wanted a representative and it took a couple of minutes saying "representative" before even talking to a human and then it took four times calling because I got disconnected three times previously.

One of the worse experiences we have ever had with Lowe's. This was the first time washer and dryer. Because we are on a trip flying from airport to airport that they would be delivered and installed bye professional plumbers and the old ones would be moved to the street for wherever we wanted them. In between flights we got the message from our renter that the installers said that one of the hoses was rusted and that they weren't going to install it. They also didn't move the old appliances out of the garage. They just dropped off the new ones and left. Which left our inexperienced renter with the problem. He tried to take off the hose and broke the pipe and flooded the basement. A mess that we feel wouldn't have happened if we had been able to count on Lowe's like we thought. When we tried to call the Appliance Department, we got hung up on three times before anyone even spoke. The fourth time and associate who would take absolutely no responsibility for any of this from Lowe's. They didn't do anything wrong according to her and she didn't care at all about our trust in them being broken
