This Lowe's location is the WORST!! I ordered items for delivery for lawn work I am having done tomorrow. Instead of delivering my items they delivered a PIZZA!!! They use a delivery service of some sort. I understand mistakes happen but this is ridiculous. When I called the store I was told they are "working on it". I asked when will someone call me to let me know the status or if I would get my items tonight. The super rude associate kept repeating the same thing then got annoyed and hung up on me. When I called back she let the phone ring over 20 times with no answer. I am glad the calls are recorded. No empathy, no regard for their customers. I will be reporting this to their corporate office and disputing the charge with my credit card company! Worst Lowe's location.

I liked this lowe's its better then driving all the way to the homedepot on 192 and it wasn't crowded the staff was nice only thing is the toll its 6$ for pay by plate 3$ for epass 1 way so. That price is the highest in the area. Other then that its a great place

I had a very frustrating experience at Lowe’s due to a customer service associate named Cindy (Associate #R1652CB1 614641). From the moment I approached her, she had a rude attitude and was unnecessarily confrontational.
I came into the store with a product I needed to exchange for the correct size. Instead of allowing a simple, efficient process, she insisted that I had to return the item first before even being allowed to go into the store to grab the correct one. I politely explained that I just wanted to grab the right item and handle everything at one register to save time, but she refused and kept repeating herself in a dismissive and disrespectful tone.
There was no effort to help or find a reasonable solution just attitude and poor customer service. It felt like she was more focused on enforcing her way than actually helping a customer.
This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the store. Customer service should be about helping people, not making things more difficult than they need to be. Had another female I believe her name is Shannon. She did an awesome job. With helping me with the military discounts.
