  Key was a bit thicker and is slow to turn compared to the original but it works so no biggie. To rate a robot it's tough because it's not giving guest service but it is giving a service so the service was 4 stars got what I expected supposedly if I paid an extra price it would brush it for me to provide a smoother operation... makes me wonder why not just add it to the price and give keys that work like the original?

  I used one of those self-service key copying machines located inside a Walmart to make a simple copy of my house key. The price was $7.50, which I wouldn’t call cheap—more like reasonable if the quality matched. However, the final result was very disappointing. The machine offered an additional option for $2.50 to smooth or polish the edges of the key, which would bring the total to $10. I declined that option, expecting a basic key copy to work properly—but that was a mistake. The key I received is extremely difficult to use. It barely turns in the lock and requires so much force that I’m actually worried it might break inside the door. It’s definitely not suitable for everyday use—only maybe as an emergency backup. In my opinion, this feels like they’re pushing you to pay extra for something that should already be included in the base price. A standard key copy should work smoothly without needing an additional upgrade. I do not recommend this service. I’ll have to get another copy made somewhere else.

  fui fazer duas vezes a chave ela nao serve foi utilizados modelos errados da chave e quando fui falar com alguém no Walmart ninguem me ajudou com oque estava acontecendo ja avia feito chaves la antes nao tive problema mais dessa vez fui super mau atendido
