She went above and beyond for me and derves a pay raise! What seemed impossible to find she made super simple and took the time to make sure the bolts and fasteners matched my original and would work at the same length even though they didn't carry the correct length. She was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent customer service skills and knowledgeable ! Great lowes to visit and she made the experience easy. Highly recommend

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
