I have been going to the Poinciana Lows for a few years. EVERY time I go into the green/plant area, plants are dying left and right from no water. Not sure who is running the show there, but its so sad.

Store will not exchange a ceiling fan that was purchased slightly more than 90 days ago. Fan was previously installed by someone else and has paint and rust on it, as well as cut wires. I will never purchase another product from any Lowes. They should make sure products that are returned are in good enough condition to re-sell. They are willing to loose a $15k/yr customer over a $200 ceiling fan?

Will never come to this Lowe’s again I just recently moved to Poinciana and I have bought a paint gun. I try to return the paint gun within the 48 hours because the paint gun that I had bought was damaged the day before I went ahead and I bought a bigger paint gun and the worker they told me to bring the other one that I had bought the day before because it was damaged after I go to the store the next day they didn’t want to take the paint gun that was damaged. I try speaking to the manager. The manager was rude. I don’t remember his name, but he’s the one that works in the returning section. He didn’t even want to help me at all. I was trying to explain to him that I have spoken to somebody the day before and tried to explain the situation, but he just walked away and left me with the words in my mouth. I will never go into this loads again. I do not recommend it normally when I go into Lowe’s the people make you feel welcome, but not this one. I honestly don’t recommend it. Had to drive 1 hour to the Haines city Lowe’s and they were able to give me the help he couldn’t give me .
