    Im really thankful for Daniel at I think lumber department or Lowe’s over all. He was very helpful and condescending. I was about to leave the store when I got another option to do one of my projects were supposed to be done today. The MOD B was helping too. I don’t know if I’m coming back to this store. A cutting machine is been out for 2 weeks now. And I could not access the lumber I needed. It was block since 10 am apparently for an event.

    Spent about a hour and a half in the store and was looked at as if I was stealing I understand I was dressed a bit ruff and without a hair cut but to be constantly checked on by the same associates and not for customer service reasons mind u just random Lowe’s employees following me till check out literally till check out Home Depot’s a extra 20 min. I’ll drive there before I go back here

    Today at Lowe's at 4420 Pleasant Hill Road Kissimmee FL 34746. I made a purchase of $547.80 and their system charged me twice, it made 2 transactions for the same amount 1 minute apart from each transaction. I went to customer service at the store and talked to the employee named Jam and explained her the situation and even showed her the double charged at my bank account. She told me that there's nothing she could do because she only se one transactions, I ask to speak to a manager and thats when the employ name Alexus showe up. She told me the same thing and to call my bank. From my back I was told that yes that the transaction were made and both processes and approved. That the store could make the refund. And I told Alexus what the bank told me, her response with an attitude was if I didn't understand what she told me if I didn't listen. Wish I replied that it looks that she didn't listen to me and didn't pay attention of what the bank said, what I explained to her and the proof I showed. Then she turned around and said Im not taking to you anymore and then she look for Anand. Every time I try to talk to Anand, then Alexus try to talk and I told her that I wasn't talking to her anymore that I was talking to Anand. Then Alexus started laughing and my brother that doesn't speak english ask me why she was laughing, my brother kept talking and texting to his wife and then my brother told me to get their names and write them down and Alexus then take it with my brother saying that supposedly he was taking pictures of her and covering her name tag, when he was only texting to his wife. Anand then told me that he couldn't do anything without a bank transaction number. I called again the bank and managed to give them both transactions numbers and told them the time each transaction was charge. One was at 6:05 and 33 seconds pm and the other one at 6:06 pm and 11 seconds, Showed them both charge in my bank account. Every time they told me that with some information they could do it, and I give them what they asked. They kept changing the reason of why they didn't wanted to give me the refund. Anand even told me that if he give me a refund of the second charge, I couldn't take the things I bought even after been charged twice. Even proving with pictures, transactions numbers and time of the transactions, everything they asked me, they still refuse to refund the extra charge. I ask Anand wich was his position at the store and he refused to tell me. His reponse was that when police came he will say it. I managed to write their names lookig at theirs names tags.
