- SGStephanie Green2 days ago5.0When our LG refrigerator stopped working we called the after hours number for Jerry's Appliance service and reached Kevin. It was a like a miracle. Kevin was so knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, AND practical !!!! He had us send a video of the sounds coming from the fridge and was able to assess that the service call could wait until the next day. Kevin was prompt and efficient and ordered the part that was needed and all the while giving us practical and comforting advice on what to do while waiting for the part-- which arrived in only a few days !! Kevin himself repaired our condenser fan motor in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company ! The gals in the office, Rose and Courtney, were also wonderful ! So professional, helpful and kind! FIVE STARS for Jerry's Appliance Service/Wagners Refrigeration & AC !!! So grateful !!

Had a burnt out light in oven that the technician spent 2 hours "diagnosing" but in the end no replacement parts are available...so nice to pay $105/hour for absolutely nothing and no adjustment to final cost as they had said might happen.... Will never use again.
