bought patio furniture from janson beach location and paid for assembly.got the delivery and missing table and not assembled.
I called 3 times and they said they will check and call me back. never called me back. Hurrible service.Never buy anything from this store. don't trust this company they give you shity service.
Go to HOME DEPOT . they are professionals. I spoke to Justin the Manager he told me to call west palm store that's where it got delivered from. even due I bought it from Janson beach store. so stupid answer.

I recently stopped by the Lowe’s on NW Federal Highway in Jensen Beach to find a replacement screw for the handle on our gas grill, and I just have to say how impressed I was with the customer service.
Two associates went above and beyond to help me. One (I believe his name was Don) actually grabbed a screwdriver and removed the exact screw I needed from a floor display grill so we could identify it. Another associate from the hardware department helped me figure out the correct diameter, length, and thread.
Even though they didn’t have the specific screw in stock, they both took the time to really help me problem-solve, and I truly appreciated the effort.
Also, shout out to the associate who helped me at checkout—she was so pleasant and kind. We chatted briefly, and she shared that her two sons are currently serving in the military. Blessings to her and her family.
Customer service like this is why I keep coming back!

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
