  We told Patrick what we were interested in and he directed us to the Lazboy recliners. He showed us different fabrics and invited us to sit in the recliners. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We bought 2 power recliners.

  Salesperson was quick to respond, answered our questions and within a short period of time, purchased the furniture we needed.

  We purchased a significant amount of furniture from the Jensen Beach store, and were sold the ServeCo warranty. I NEVER purchase extended warranties, as I believe they are a waste of money. We were promised it would cover stains and odors caused by pets. We have two pets, and thought this would be a good thing. Our cat was sick in January, and we initiated a claim. It has been MONTHS of stalling, wasted time and nothing happening. (They did send a "Tech" with a handheld steam cleaner to try and clean the piece...The Tech said it would not work, but they told him to do it anyway. His advice was to replace the covers). The last email from them is asking for more pictures OF AN ODOR. I have called the store twice to ask for assistance with the product that they SOLD me. The first time the manager Ryan initiated a new claim for us, which has led no where. The second call has not been returned in two weeks. Meanwhile, half of our sofa is un-useable. Do not ever purchase these ServeCo warranties, and LazyBoy Jensen beach does not stand behind what they are selling.

  Store had what I was looking for. In my case, recliner, lumbar support, power everything, in stock. Left Day 1 to think about it and affordability. Found an online store further south of my location that showed it cheaper. When back to my store on Day 2 and found that the chair was actually even cheaper than the one down south by $100. Out the door for what I wanted to budgeted for. They aren’t cheap but what is considering this administration tariffing us for his own pocket.

  Alex made my buying my recliner so easy. He showed me all available chairs within my budget. Informed me in detail all the qualities and advantages of La-Z-Boys recliners. He did it all, never making me feel pressured in any way. Looking foward to receiving my chair tomorrow. ALEX is certainly an asset to your company. He is very personably, knowledgable and polite. Great experence
