When we first walked in the door, Jeff greeted us with a handshake and introduced himself and asked for our names. He then asked how he could help us and showed us exactly what we needed and was diligent in his work. A donation bin that is run by a for profit company has been on the northeast corner of the property. It has been there for three months. If it has been illegally placed it should of been removed by now. The for profit companies pay to be at a location. I do not know who is getting paid by the bin owner. Lowes should have the company state on their bin that it is for profit, so people don’t confuse it for a charity bin.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
