  My husband and I went to La-Z-Boy to get a recliner. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but with such a huge selection, we thought it would take all day to narrow it down. The quality of the furniture is beautiful. We had a salesman named Coleman who helped us narrow it down and find the perfect chair in less than an hour. He was helpful without being pushy and very polite. It made it a pleasure to pick out a piece of furniture that will be with us for many years to come. I’ll definitely be going back to La-Z-Boy for further furniture needs.

  Ryan h helped me make this recliner purchase in the presence of my mother. She had a certain budget in mind and did not want to spend over that amount. I was bound in determined to get her a chair regardless of the cost and Ryan helped facilitate this purchase by providing me with separate invoices one for Mom with the chair cost and one for myself that included the upholstery. I’m very grateful to Ryan and all of his extra efforts. He was superb!

  Happy I went to the Setauket store. I was told in another store (Farmingdale) that I the sofa I wanted was no longer available which ended up being untrue. Purchased a sofa, loveseat, rug and pillows. The designer Janice happened to be there and helped up pick our fabrics. Wonderful experience!

  I’ll start at the end. Juan delivered my chair set it up and showed me all the controls. Very friendly and professional. I like my chair, but we had planned to buy a sleeper sofa and another recliner and that did not work out well. After three visits to check and double check that we liked the couch, that it would fit and look nice in our room, we were told that it could be up to four months before it could be delivered. We were told the fabric was on back order and this was the fabric that was on the floor model. After looking at other fabrics we decided on an alternative. The fabrics were similar in color and material and when it was rung up the price increased $800 and it would take two months to receive it. That was the end of our couch shopping at LaZBoy. We would not have bought my chair here other than it was the only one that fit due to my height. And we decided to buy the second recliner elsewhere. Make sure you are in no hurry for your furniture when you begin shopping
