  A great discount furniture store that carries Rooms To Go overstock. We purchased a love seat recliner that was retailing for $1299 at RTG for $500. Highly recommend!

  I don't recommend this place!! They dent your furniture before delivery and say you said you were fine with it instore! 4/21/26 We came to look at some 8 seat dining table sets and didn't see anything but high chair seating for a 8 top by the front area. We were approached by the owner asking us what are we looking for today and told us he's got another one towards the back. Went to look at it and noticed two things immediately one chair was wobbly but I was assured it was because he had uneven flooring and that the chairs are adjustable from the bottom and two white marks on the bottom of the table legs and I was told they were just sticker marks and I said "oh im not worried about that that's okay im just checking for rough edges so my kids don't get hurt" because i was also checking for any scratches or marks on the dining set. We decided to purchase the dining set since the only issue I saw was the two white sticker marks. I will say coming into the store the owner was friendly in our interaction upon coming into the store was great and processing everything was going smoothly from Prince walking us through the paperwork for purchase. The delivery was scheduled same day for the afternoon and we were excited to get our dining table. Upon receiving the table and chairs I saw two dents/marks on the bottom of the table on the same side of the two white sticker marks. I immediately told the delivery driver this wasn't like this in store it looks freshly dented with two identical marks on either side. I didn't sign the paper because I wasn't happy with the delivery and receipt of product. Delivery guy called the store and they discussed it and then the owner wanted to talk to me. He tried to tell me that he told me instore about one of the marks/dent when I was in store when I was only asking about the two white marks that I had seen and he repeated my quote back to me saying I said "I'm not worried about that thats okay im just checking for rough edges so my kids dont get hurt." We have differing version of events. The dents/marks was hit at the same time because where the angle of the mark was you could tell it hit the same object on both side of the legs. The marks were fresh. You can't tell me that your only taking it back because the other dent/mark wasn't seen instore and that I am right on one of them. I was literally shocked that he took partial accountability. Prince called and asked if we wanted to keep it and they would send out someone to do some touch ups and after our interaction with delivery of product and the back and forth with the owner and Prince on the phone we didn't want it. I didn't accept delivery and he took it back. Asked what will happen now for a refund and cancelation, Prince said he can see if they can cancel it without us having to go in store and gave no feedback or callback saying it was done that day. I will also say the way they speak to their delivery drivers are awful I will not do business with someone who speaks to their employees that way. 4/22/26 No call back or voicemail left to inform us that the lease has been canceled or that the money would be refunded to our card. I came up there seeing the owner sitting on a pallet outside and Prince in his car when I walked up and into the store with neither acknowledging me but seeing me walk into the store. There was an employee sitting on sofa in the back and he finally approached me as im telling him my issue I just tell him I want to speak to Prince whom we spoke to yesterday. Prince was extremely unprofessional dealing with him asking for proof of cancelation and how many days it would take to refund the money back to our account. He called someone to ask then eneded the call when he said a few days to process back to the card then proceeded to answer a call and have me waiting without any word from him. Then when he was done with his call he said to me you heard him say a few days that's it are you happy? WOW What a great attitude from someone who didn't care they lost a sale. I walked away laughing.

  If you’re trying to furnish your place without overpaying retail prices, this is 100% worth checking out. I’ll definitely be coming back. Good people What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. They gave us space to browse but were right there when we had questions. They helped us find exactly what we needed without trying to upsell us

  I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFETIME OF 60 YEARS SEEN A PLACE THAT SELLS SUCH BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE AT SUCH A DISCOUNT PRICE!!! THEY TAKE ALL OF THE QUALITY FURNITURE THAT DOESN'T SELL FROM OTHER STORES AND THEY RESELL IT FOR A QUARTER OF THE PRICE!!! AS WE ARE GETTING READY TO MOVE INTO OUR NEW HOME WE'RE BUYING ALL OF OUR FURNITURE HERE INCREDIBLE SECTIONALS ALL SORTS OF BEDROOM TYPES AND STYLES FURNITURE SETS AND EVERYTHING YOU CAN'T IMAGINE- I WORKED WITH PRINCE HE WAS VERY HELPFUL! THANK YOU SO MUCH SARAH FURNITURE LIQUIDATION FOR YOUR INCREDIBLE UNHEARD OF PRICES!!!

  I am writing this review after reading many of the others. I want to say that the "less than favorable " reviews ARE NOT MY EXPERIENCE at Sarah Furniture, AT ALL, and I am so sorry for whatever spirits were permeating on the day of the (-) reviews. In fact, not only were the management and sales people overly, abundantly, and undeniably courteous, professional, and helpful...so were the "workers" and laborers in the back and outside on the loading dock! I experienced kindness, humility and courtesy from each one that I encountered, directly and indirectly! I was also graciously maneuvered through the furniture receiving area at one point, being safely guarded and carefully directed so as not to stumble, fall, or bump against anything and hurt myself. My salesperson is Mr. Kamel Brosh. I do not know, or care, if he is management or not! From my 1st foot into door I was greeted with a smile & genuine kindness. He showed me different sets and demonstrated each function. He was NOT condescending. He was NOT pushy or rushed. While I saw so many wonderful, slightly used (floor models), great quality and a variety of styles and colors, I did not see a color that would match my furniture at home. When I showed Kamel a picture of the furniture I needed to match, he immediately allowed me to look at a set that was being refreshed, cleaned & sanitized, and had not yet made it to the showroom floor! BINGO! Perfect! After purchase, the furniture was professionally delivered, without a spot or wrinkled! Each peace was brought through my front door, setup, and operational, just as Kamel said, and ON TIME, and AT a time that I preferred on a Sunday mid morning! I am grateful and I am happy with this entire scenario and with Sarah Furniture! Thank you Management, Staff, Delivery Drivers, and workers in the back for a SUPERB experience!
