I wanted to make sure that I hadn’t missed anything, so I asked a lady training a girl if she could help me. I patiently waited for her to finish speaking, but even though I was right there standing next to them, she was about to walk past me. I asked her, “Hey, I was wondering if I could ask you a question.” She was like, “Okay, sure” very unwelcoming demeanor, and it was very unacceptable.I said, “Never mind” because I refuse to be given attitude for asking for help and you doing your job. I went to the self-checkout, where a very nice lady greeted me. I asked her if I could get help. She talked to a guy on the walkie-talkie and said that he would be on his way. I waited for a two minutes or so no one came, and then I left. I checked what I had, and I still didn’t get what I needed. Customer service sucks. I hope you guys can work on making your customers feel welcome when they ask for help and providing the help they need.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
