    Order item online for pickup - 3 hours after ordered NE Lowes canceled my order by email - stating I did not pick up the order - called customer service and they told me the item ordered was damaged - but Lowes would not make good on the order to get another replacement. Do not order online for pickup! Customers mean nothing to NE Lowes. The attitude of customer service was 'too bad'!

    Simply terrible, went for an item pick up order 300901102261349179, after receiving a confirmation email that was ready. When I arrived I gave them the order number… waited 30+ minutes to no avail, they simply couldn’t find the store. I asked to call me ones they find so we could come up with a resolution. They call me about 20 minutes later to tell me they found. I said cool I already left please ship it my house. They said we can for a 79 dollar fee.. I laughed as why was I supposed to pay for your negligence. Simply terrible. I would avoid this store.

    Yesterday I went to the Lowe’s store on Atlantic Boulevard to buy some potting soil for my wife’s new plants. There was a lot of confusion on signs and sales. Debbie, who I assume was a supervisor, saw my confusion. She took complete charge of the situation went way beyond the extra miles to help me out and allowed me to get out of there as a happy customer. Thank you so much and I certainly hope she gets a recognition she deserves.

    Delivery is horrible and when you get it delivered not all items are in the delivery. They treat the pro customers horrible and forget being a managed pro account it’s no different than any other customer.

    I recently had a range delivered to my home, and I need your help resolving an issue that has turned into a frustrating experience. At delivery, the driver plugged in the unit, tested the burners, and confirmed they were working before leaving. Everything appeared fine at that time. However, three days later when I attempted to use the oven, it did not heat at all. Unfortunately, neither I nor the delivery driver thought to test the oven specifically during delivery. I went to Store 1699 seeking assistance and was informed of the 48-hour return policy. I understand policies are in place, but the interaction I had was disappointing. I was directed to call the manufacturer and, when asking for help, was pointed to a sign referencing the policy rather than being offered a solution. Customer service at the store advised me to contact GE for an RA number so the unit could be exchanged. After spending three days on the phone with GE, they have clearly stated they do not issue RA numbers and that this situation should be handled by Lowe’s. At this point, I am stuck between Lowe’s and GE, with no resolution, and a brand-new appliance that does not work. All I am asking is simple: I would like Lowe’s to stand behind the product sold, take back the defective range, and replace it. This should not fall on the customer to resolve between two companies. Lowe’s, as a company of your scale, is fully capable of handling this directly with the manufacturer.
