This Lowe's was horrible and I've tried giving it a chance twice. One of my bad experiences was in the garden center Fri, 4/17 and the other was today, 4/20. Both visits I experienced very bad customer service. The two employees provided little to no assistance causing me to leave the store without any purchases and will never return. Lowe's, that a really bad business practice.

Buyers beware... its not a true buy 3 get 3 free on soil ... 1 bag rings up 2.29.... whether get just 1 bag or more.. so when ring up 6 bags, bill is not 3x2.29 with 3 free... its 6x2.29. Sale should just read 2.29/bag.

I had my refrigerator scheduled for 04-02 but it came damaged. The delivery guys were great as they noticed the damage, advised me, and I refused the delivery. Different guys returned on 04-03 and the new refrigerator was damaged as well. I refused that one too and called Lowe's (8050 Philips Hwy.) to rectify the situation. Tiana returned my phone call and saved the day! She rescheduled it for 04-06 and apologized many times for my inconvenience. She then offered to take some monies off the order without me even asking. It was more than fair and made me feel like I was a valued customer. You should be so very proud of a manager like her as she handled the situation with kindness, concern, and grace. I shall continue to shop at Lowe's simply because of the way in which Tiana treated me: customer service is not dead at Lowe's. Thank you!

Place is great inside, Lowes employees are helpful, parking lot is well constructed. Only problem is there seemed to be a few people walking around the parking lot who seem like they regularly look for the opportunity to take tools from people's trucks. I had to stay at the truck because when my partner and I were walking inside, I looked back and some homeless looking guy was looking in the back of the truck and I walked back to the truck like I left my wallet and he walked away, then I walked inside and stood by the doors looking outside and he walked back to my truck and put his hands on my truck and looked into the bed and I came out and yelled "hey" and he walked away again and I had to stay outside with my tools while my partner gathered all the materials and supplies we needed for work. I really wish these places had more security so I wouldn't have to leave my partner to carry all the supplies and take longer to find everything.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
