Its hard to be the worst Lowes. Employees and I mean numerous employees could not tell me where anything existed in their respective departments and sent me on a scavenger hunt. The only bright spot was Danny in Customer Service. This is what happens when choices for suppliers are down to the worst ones in history. Lowes and Home Depot are just awful. One employee said her manager moved the items and didnt tell anybody so she had no way of knowing. The trail of poor service leads directly to the non leaders employed by Lowe's. Once Ace is rebuilt I hope to never step foot in one again.

Just left the store in Jacksonville Florida on Oldfield Crossing Drive and was about to walk out with the wrong concrete anchors and drill bit. I approached Jim R in Harware, who was so patient and kind and explained how I was about to purchase the wrong drill bit and gave me the one I needed. In a day and age where help is hard to find anywhere, it was refreshing that he was there to bail me out of a problem that I was about to have. Thanks Jim R for your patience and willingness to help out this customer!

Why are you still selling tropical milkweed when you know it is killing the butterfly populations in florida? Take it off your shelves. All we should be selling in Florida is native milkweed that does not contribute to the disease killing monarch butterflies. This is incredibly disappointing as I spend a lot of money in your store. Please put the correct native milkweed on your shelves and remove this tropical milkweed now

I felt like I was shopping in a flea market. Hot, humid, disorganized, blocked aisles, marginally staffed. I went for one item. Some mechanical steps were blocking the thing I needed. After hunting I located a young mumbler to get it moved. He mumbled that someone else would do it and left. Eventually another red vest showed up who had difficulty understanding that the contraption was blocking shelves. Why it was left in the way to begin with I cannot imagine. I'd already identified three of the item that would work. Shelves were not faced, stock not in the proper place, all three labelled IN STOCK on the website but none of them actually in stock except for one box ripped open and rifled through. Over a half hour for ONE item. I compromised on the item because I needed it. Next, NO cashiers but only self checkout. Disorganized and no procedures. The screens "sometimes have problems" the low-talker monitor said. She ended up checking me out along with others. Why not just have regular staffed checkouts then? I keep saying I won't go back and I rarely do. I hope the contractor coming tomorrow doesn't need this after all so I can return it. I've had it with this location.
