    Placed a same day delivery order at 8:30 am from (what I thought was) the Recency Square Lowes. When order did not arrive by 6:30 that evening, I tried to call and after 30 minutes of hold I gave up and used the computer chat. I explained that the tracking said I was next for delivery at 12:30 that afternoon and the truck location showed about 20 minutes from my house. I was told they had to 8:00 to deliver and I would have to wait till then. They did not show. I again tried to call the next day and was on hold (from work) for over 35 min and gave up and went on the computer chat (again this is not instant, but sometimes up to an hour wait for your turn in que, but better than on hold on the phone) And was told the item was still in transit, I explained again was told they have till 8:00 pm to deliver, if I did not receive it by then to call the customer service, lol, and customer service closes at 7:00 pm also. I waited a bit and went on the chat again, hoping to get someone who would actually look into it for me, and was told that the order was picked up at 2:35 pm that afternoon and was out for delivery. Yea, ok, It did not show. Now today 51/2 hours on the phone and twice on chat, the final answer was - it does still show in their computer as in transit since 2:35 the day before, but with no update they cannot do anything, so I can wait another 24 hours to see if it shows, cancel my order which was already paid for, and reorder and wait for the refund, or cancel the order, but if it is showing in transit, they may deny the cancelation, until they figure it out. I was also informed that if I had gone to the rights and responsibly area of the website and the shipping page prior to placing my order, I could have found the area that explains that they use third party delivery services and are not responsible for the damages and lost items, although they will 'usually' just side with the customer. So, I am still out my items, I cannot afford to just cancel, reorder and double pay until they refund my money. I am giving it till tomorrow and will just cancel the order altogether and reorder from Walmart at a higher price, but I 'should' get the items. I will not reorder from Lowes or give them a bit more of my business.
