  Korey was amazing. He was courteous and timely. The office staff we spoke to on the phone were also very friendly....highly recommend this company for all your pool needs!

  I contacted several Pool companies around the first of February to get quotes for new tile and pool resurfacing. A couple of companies did not even respond, another came once and I never heard from them again. Steve, from Frank's Pool service, showed up on the date we scheduled, we discussed what I wanted done, time frame, etc. Steve was very knowledgeable and served as the point person for my project. He answered all my phone calls or returned my calls very promptly. The contract clearly stated what I could expect and the time frame for completion, except for a couple of weather days, everything was completed per the schedule. Ashley from the office was very helpful sending the contracts via docusign to expedite the process. A schedule for payments (3) was set up so I paid as the steps of my project were completed. Korey has been the hands-on manager once they started working on my pool. He has been extremely helpful in all steps of my project, which is now completed. All the people from Frank's Pool Service I worked with were great. Communication was very good and consistent from beginning to end. As far as the pricing, I never received any other estimates, so I cannot comment. I can say I am very pleased with the results of the work Frank's Pool Service did and feel it was money well spent. Thank you to Frank's Pool Service, I will recommend them to anyone in need of pool repairs and service.

  I needed a pool resurfacing on my pool and thanks to recommend name, I had the pleasure of meeting a pool service that was not only professional but friendly super clean and truly great tow work with. They answered all my questions and gave me great tips on keeping my pool clean and running great. From the office staff to the workers and Steve Thank YOU and you all Rock!!!!!!!!

  Quite impressed by Frank's Pool Services. Excellent customer service in the office and the field techs are just as courteous and knowledgeable. Special Thank You to RJ!...helped me on site for some updates to the system, then remotely while I was still having some challenges with our Pentair updates....then, to follow up two days later to check on us and ensure we had what we needed. Great Service and follow up! Thank you so much to the staff at Franks!

  I had a great experience with James at Frank’s Pool. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the repairs quickly and professionally. What really stood out was his willingness to help—he took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt confident about the work being done. It’s not always easy to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job, but James definitely does. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for reliable and honest service.
