  I recently purchased a new refrigerator from Ferguson’s and it was delivered last week. Every step of the process from sales to installation was well-executed and professional. We had an extremely complicated installation because of our narrow, steep staircase and the tight fit making a turn to get the fridge into our kitchen. The installation team and supervisor took extreme care and cautionary measures to be sure the walls were not damaged while getting it up the stairs and in place for hook up. I could not be more pleased with how well it all turned out and I am so thrilled to have the new fridge in my home. Great job from start to finish.

  My five star review should be a 10 and specifically all because of Natalie! I was reluctant to shop for my new master bath remodel at Ferguson because of sour stories shared recently, but am so very grateful I did! Natalie greeted my daughter and I our very first visit with enthusiasm, professionalism and extensive knowledge of the showroom and product lines. We left the first visit overwhelmed by the extensive choices and returned to a very busy showroom for our second visit. We were greeted by Natalie again and because none of the sales staff on the floor were free, Natalie offered to help us while multitasking the front desk, training a new staff member, answering phones and greeting customers. She did so with ease and professionalism so no one felt unattended or unimportant. On our third visit we were ready to place our order. Natalie was knowledgeable, personable and extremely detailed though out the entire process. She double, triple checked our order to make sure no part was missing and went above and beyond to secure one of my pieces that said out of stock, would in fact be available when my contractor needed it. I followed up with Natalie throughout via email and she always responded quickly with detailed comments. I love my new bathroom and fixtures thanks to Natalie at Ferguson Home!

  Popped in because I had all the fixtures to redo my bathroom in my cart, but wanted some advice/clarification on the set up, and to see the items in person. NOBODY greeted when us when we walked in. Several emoloyees were walking around, figured I'd snag one when they weren't busy. Hung out by the showers, then migrated around, made eye contact with a few employees who were assisting other customers. Slowly watch 2, 3, 4 employees show up at the front. Looked at us, went back to their phones, goofing off like teenagers. Still, nobody came over. After 40 minutes, we walked out. On the way out, "hi did you find everything today?" Nope, sure didn't took my business elsewhere.
