Jamie in the front office called to welcome me the same day, and when I met her, she was extremely nice, helpful, very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. Instructions were clear and easy, and my unit was clean and ready for immediate move in with a key and sturdy lock provided! I know it’s only day 1, but compared to other storage companies, I already love it here!
