  Greetings everyone, I could not give a zero star because the system does not allows! I recently had a very disappointing experience with Life Safety Design. Their customer service and record-keeping are both severely lacking. Firstly, I was transferred between personnel without explanation and the costumer service reps did not even know why I was transferred. No proper introductions, money oriented and targeted in every conversation and they could not even cancel the services as I requested in the phone calls. In addition, I was threatened by the representative who told me he was going to call the fire marshal because I wanted to cancel the services. The representative was disinterested, extremely rude and unhelpful. They keep telling me that they do not know who I was even when I identified myself, provided the location of where we receive services and all the information they asked. Secondly, their record-keeping is a mess. They could not tell me important details of my account and previous interactions, causing further delays and confusion. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially for a company that is supposed to prioritize safety and reliability. I cannot recommend Life Safety Design to anyone. They need to seriously improve their customer service and internal processes.
