When I called, I spoke with Beth, who is an absolute treasure! So knowledgeable, so polite and so very generous with her time. She listened very patiently while I asked questions, and she gave me some great ideas on what might be the problem with the pump. In my opinion, Beth is the gold standard of what every customer service person should aspire to be. Going to implement some of the things she suggested, but if we still need a maintenance call, you better know I won’t call be calling anyone but Beth to schedule it!
