  What an amazing experience from the time we came in to see the storage unit until now, Damon and Yulia are the best!!!! Their customer service is superior. Their knowledge is mastery. Their people skills are phenomenal and they make you feel like you have known them all your life! Thank you both for being excellent people and representing this storage company with such professionalism. We will recommend others to this facility. Oh and the facility is beautiful and clean! 5STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I’ve been renting at Merrill Road Storage since they opened in September, and I can honestly say it’s the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The on site managers are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Every interaction has been easy and pleasant. The property is spotless, well lit, and feels very secure with 24 hour surveillance and controlled access. They offer climate controlled units in every size you could need, and the location in the East Arlington area makes getting in and out quick and convenient. Having 24 hour access is a huge bonus for my schedule. They also make moving simple. They stock boxes, locks, and supplies right there, and they even have two large box trucks available at excellent rates. The promotional deal of 50 percent off for the first 90 days is outstanding and made the decision easy. After using several storage facilities over the years, this one stands above the rest. Clean, safe, convenient, and run by great people. Highly recommended.

  Merrill Storage has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very secure. The staff is professional, helpful, and easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Access to the unit is convenient, the property is well lit, and I always feel confident that my belongings are safe. It’s clear they take pride in how they operate.
