    Worst store for service. I called in only to get a computer that couldn't figure anything out. Lowe's had called, left a message from Keith in Fulfillment and when I called back the phone rang for almost 10 minutes before someone answered. I dislike shopping at Lowe's but am stuck on some things as Lowe's and HD are the only local game in town.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wish I would’ve gotten his name. A gentleman was bringing back a hot water tank and, completely on his own, stopped to ask if I needed any help. He was obviously very busy, yet still took the time to check in with me. He was about 6 feet tall with salt-and-pepper hair, walking toward the back area. It was just so nice to have someone take a moment out of their day and share such positive energy. Experiences like that really matter. I highly recommend this Lowe’s — very, very good people.

    I purchased a washing machine and dryer back in February. It was delivered on February 14th. I called on February 15th to inform them that something was wrong with the appliance as it was making this extremely loud noise and moving. They sent the delivery driver back out to adjust the legs. Needless to say, the washing machine continued making the noise. Since then, Lowe’s informed me that I am out of the return period. They informed me to contact Whirlpool. I have had 4 technicians to come out. Each one said something different. In addition to the noise, the temperature of the water wasn’t working. The cold water would come out hot and the hot water would come out cold. The 4th technician fixed the water issue, but not the noise issue. I have spoken with Shannon, Senior Manager Customer Care with Lowe’s and she stated that she can’t authorize a return or exchange. No one wants to take accountability for the washing machine that was delivered broken. I will NEVER purchase anything from Lowe’s again. I don’t care what it is. If I could rate them a ‘0’ I definitely would.
