I received my confirmation and text with the 4 hr window, then they never showed up. The delivery driver lied and said the ground was too soft to unload, but they never even came out. They never called, never let me know anything, just left me hanging. They just moved my delivery to another day during the week without even calling me. They had two weeks to prepare my order for them not to show. I also found out the delivery service is contracted out, and their call center is outsourced to individuals who do not speak good English. It took forever to figure out where my delivery was!
