I have purchased LG gas range on January 24th. Purchase included installation kit ,three years warranty ,technician to install and some fees. They finally delivered on February 17th and guys who delivered said they don’t know how to install,they lied that i didn’t order installation. Called customer service, they apologized and sent “technician “next day. He came and said adapter is needed for my home gas line and they didn’t have proper size ,so he called somebody from the office . Office Lady asked me if i am going to pay for adapter, i said yes just bring it. So technician left to Lowe’s to get that adapter and to be short never showed up again. For the rest of day I’m dealing with worthless Lowe’s contractor who only delivered gas range ,and supposed to install it but they failed to do it.No apologies whatsoever. I have paid them for the service they didn’t provide. I don’t care about this contractor ,but Lowe’s failed me and i am upset with them . One star is way too much for all this BS.

Visited this Lowe’s location today to buy a grill. Spoke with a couple staff members that each gave me precise and accurate directions to purchase the grill. Yolanda was very helpful and made the trip efficient and helped us load the grill into the truck. One of the better teams I’ve seen at Lowe’s. Great job! 👏

As a contractor, I would avoid this place. I came here only to avoid the crowds at Home Depot since this store was empty, but I ended up waiting even longer because they are so incompetent.
