Kino took the time to help me because when u don't get a cart...u need a cart. Kino also impressed me with his knowledge of store merchandi se by being a consumer himself and having firsthand experience tonhelp me make an informed decision about what products to cover my outdoor concrete with. And by him being an Army Veteran I was that much more impressed. He said something that I actually agree with and adhere to...."I love helping people." It's like a breath of fresh air in humongous stores where it seems employees are dodging customers at times. I recommend a promotion because Kino "is that good". Hoping he and his wife and family all the best. Along with everyone at Lowes that went out of their way to assist the customer and make shopping a pleasant experience again. God Bless.😇
