This is got to be the absolute worst store in jacksonville Terrible customer service, extremely cashier, yelling and talking down to a customer The manager in the lumber department has got to be the dumbest human being I've ever met in my life. Requested to speak to the store manager and apparently he didn't even have the decency to come out and talk to me about the situation. Terrible store, terrible customer service and terrible cashiers, and poor management. However, I did open a new pro. Account at home depot, and I would strongly recommend moving there. They have better products, better service and a much better pro. Services program.

Will not let me return brand new unwrapped items that I purchased from this store.Because I lost my receipt. From now on I will definitely buy everything from Walmart and Amazon. Because they do not have such ridiculous return policies. Lowe's just lost my business forever. 👍✌️

Kino, Lauren, Claire, Gabby and store Manager Mr. Clemente, made my day. When shopping for a lava lamp I found other things I didn't know I really needed.
Kino took the time to help me because when u don't get a cart...u need a cart. Kino also impressed me with his knowledge of store merchandi
se by being a consumer himself and having firsthand experience tonhelp me make an informed decision about what products to cover my outdoor concrete with.
And by him being an Army Veteran I was that much more impressed. He said something that I actually agree with and adhere to...."I love helping people."
It's like a breath of fresh air in humongous stores where it seems employees are dodging customers at times.
I recommend a promotion because Kino "is that good". Hoping he and his wife and family all the best. Along with everyone at Lowes that went out of their way to assist the customer and make shopping a pleasant experience again. God Bless.😇
