Do not go to this Lowes and do not online order from this Lowes.
They were supposed to deliver a faucet to me today but when I called and asked about it they said it should have arrived hours ago and they put it in a locker at their store.
They could not tell me when it'll be delivered even the day it would be delivered!
I ended up having to cancel the order and wait 3 days for a refund while having to go to another store to pay twice as much!
Manager could do nothing to make this right and it's obvious they don't know what they are doing.
Don't go here ever.

We bought a ceiling fan that needed a modification for a diagonal ceiling... we went to several different lowes and got a few things, but this particular one had exactly what we needed all in one kit.. the other stores were trying to sell each piece individually. Great finds here.

We had windows sliding glass doors and a front door installed. I wish I never ordered from them, horrible experience with managers and corporate they have no clue what’s going on. We went through 2 contractors with them. It took 3 times before the inspector would even pass it. Now my screen door doesn’t even work right I would rather pay someone else to fix it then call them because it took 7 months to get this work done. So if anyone wants windows or doors go right through the company. I wish I knew that before I had my work done, no compensation for the many days we waited for them, just horrible.

We were looking at cabinetry and flooring this evening at Lowe’s on Philips Hwy. We spent a long solitary time in the cabinetry department before exploring flooring. We had a sample from Floors and Decor we were fond of. Ashley Lantz was in the flooring department and she was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care that we got the outcome we would be happy with. Ashley got a ladder out to bring down a sample of LVP and then gave us various other samples to consider. She even looked at the flooring with the cabinet and quartz samples. Honestly, it is really refreshing to walk into a home improvement store and actually find quality assistance. I know that our construction company may be placing the order and I will try to credit Ashley when they place the order. I just want to take the extra time to say thank you Ashley Lantz. You are why we will be placing our order through Lowe’s. Ashley went above and Beyond.

I purchased flooring from here. I do carpet on my stairs and upstairs and laminate wood downstairs. Everything was going pretty good. Well less than a year after install I noticed my carpet started bunching up. They came out and re-stretched the carpet. And also I have noticed the laminate wood floors and starting to like separate from each other in multiple areas. It has only been 2 years since the install….. I paid THOUSANDS of Donald’s for this and I can never get anyone else to call me back or some out to fix the problem… I am sooo pissed!
