    I went to this store looking for a bag of floor mud base. The pallet bay was empty. I asked the gentleman in the tile department. I was told that the employee was at lunch. After this employee came back they would pull down some pallets. I was not happy with the customer service. I asked the gentleman in the Tile Department if there was anyone available in the store to pull down a pallet. I was told no. This is not the first time I was disappointed in the customer service at this store. Its just the first time I am posting about the lousy customer service at this Lowes location.

    Great job on product and they generally have what I need. Fail miserably on check out with few or no cashiers. I just don't do well on the self checkout as I see others get frustrated the same way. Will now only go if with my wife as she has patience (and hearing) to deal with the self checkout process. Couldn't get it to work recently and just left product at the checkout without purchasing as I thought they wanted it more than I did. Amazoned what I needed and had it next day. At least got to figure out what I needed to order.

    The customer service at Oldfield Crossing Lowe’s is crap! I’ve always got my mulch here since I live very close, and I used to be able to pull my trailer right in there and they would load me up. Now I have to make several trips with a large cart from the very back of their store. This specific trip I passed about four different employees that we were sitting around, chitchatting early in the morning, who just watched me loading up the mulch and making trips without offering any help… until of course, I had about seven more bags left to load from the cart to my trailer lmao…then one asked if I got it. Yeah, I got it guys. Thanks. 👍. The older gentleman that is usually there with the camo vest does usually help me out, and I do appreciate him, but even then you have to go hunting down and ask him to bring a pallet out for ya. I guess I’ll have to drive down the road a bit to the Home Depot from now on

    Ordered salt for my water softener. This is how the driver left it, not even by my front door or by my garage. And as you could tell by the pictures, they were not stacked. 3 of the bags were torn. And the salt was on my walkway, which is unusable. Tried calling customer service they did nothing.
